2. Navigation & Tabs
Know where everything is so you can move around the app quickly.
What's this for? The tab bar is your main way to move around the app — each tab gives you quick access to a core feature so you can switch between browsing, selling, and chatting in one tap.
The app has 5 main tabs at the bottom of the screen:
- Home — the main listing feed. Browse, search, and filter gamefowl. Only active (unsold) listings appear here by default
- Map — see listings on an interactive dark map, find sellers near you
- Sell — manage your listings and create new ones
- Messages — your inbox with all buyer/seller conversations. Badge shows unread count
- Menu — access your profile, settings, favorites, transactions, verification, and more
The Menu Page
The Menu page is your hub for everything else:
- Profile & Edit Profile
- Notifications center
- Saved Birds (Favorites)
- Saved Searches
- Transactions history
- Bloodlines directory
- Sellers / Breeders directory
- Get Verified
- Activity Log
- Settings
- Help & User Guide
The current app version is shown at the bottom of the menu.
Home Feed Features
- Bird of the Day — a featured listing highlighted at the top of the feed
- Featured Carousel — a horizontal scroll of promoted listings
- Bloodline Chips — quick-filter buttons at the top of the feed for popular bloodlines
- Recommended Section — listings suggested based on your browsing
- Grid / List toggle — switch between grid and list view
- Search history — your last 5 searches are saved for quick re-use
