Yes. Downloading the app, creating an account, browsing listings, and messaging sellers are all free.
Tap the Selling tab, then tap + Post New Listing. Fill in the details, add photos, and tap Post. See the Creating a Listing section for the full guide.
Listings are active for 30 days. You'll get a notification 3 days before expiry. Tap Renew to extend by another 30 days.
Yes. Go to Selling โ Mine, tap the listing, and tap Edit.
The listing is removed from the main feed but stays visible on your profile with a SOLD banner. Buyers who saved it can still see it.
Yes. Tap Repost on any sold or expired listing to create a new active listing from it.
Reserved means a deal is in progress but not yet confirmed. The listing stays visible so other buyers know it may be taken. If the deal falls through, the seller can Unreserve it to make it fully active again.
The seller is open to price offers. If a listing shows "Last Price," the seller is firm on the price.
Either the buyer or seller can cancel a pending transaction. Open the transaction, tap Cancel Transaction, and select a reason. The listing automatically reverts to Active.
Open the transaction and tap Report No-Show. Select a reason and submit. The transaction will be marked as NoShow.
Open the transaction and tap Dispute. Describe the issue and upload evidence photos. Our admin team will review and resolve it.
Only pay via GCash after meeting in person and confirming the bird is as described. Never send money before the meetup.

Trust levels (New โ Bronze โ Silver โ Gold) are based on your completed transactions, reviews, and verification status. The more positive activity you have, the higher your level.
Yes. Location is optional. The map defaults to a Philippines-wide view, and the Near Me filter won't work, but everything else functions normally.
Go to Menu โ Settings โ Language and select English or Filipino.
Go to Menu โ Settings โ Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
Use the in-app contact form: go to Menu โ Help and scroll to the Contact Us section. Type your message, attach screenshots or videos (up to 10 files, 20 MB each), and tap Send Message. Your message goes directly to our support inbox with your account info so we can respond faster.

A quick action sheet appears with two options: Is this still available? (opens a chat with the seller) and Save / Unsave (adds or removes the bird from your Favorites). It's the fastest way to inquire or save without opening the full listing.
The eye icon chip on each card shows how many times that listing has been viewed. It gives you a sense of how much interest a bird is getting โ useful when deciding whether to act quickly.
It's a progress bar (0โ100%) at the top of the Edit Profile page that shows how complete your profile is. Hint chips below it tell you exactly what's missing โ avatar, farm name, bio, or contact method. Tap any chip to jump to that field. A complete profile builds more buyer trust and gets more inquiries.
