17. Reporting & Safety
Report bad actors and keep the marketplace safe for everyone.
What's this for? Reporting helps keep the marketplace clean and safe. When you report a listing or user, our admin team reviews it and takes action. Blocking prevents unwanted contact immediately.
Reporting a Listing
- Open the listing you want to report
- Tap the ⋮ menu (three dots) in the top right corner
- Tap Report Listing
- Select a reason (fake listing, stolen photos, wrong category, etc.)
- Optionally upload evidence photos
- Tap Submit Report
Reporting a User
- Go to the user's profile
- Tap the ⋮ menu in the top right corner
- Tap Report User
- Select a reason (scam, harassment, fake account, etc.)
- Optionally upload evidence photos
- Tap Submit Report
What Happens After a Report
- Our admin team reviews every report
- If the report is valid, the listing or account may be removed or suspended
- Repeat offenders are permanently banned
- You'll receive a notification when your report has been reviewed
Blocking a User
Blocking immediately prevents a user from messaging you and hides their listings from your feed.
- Go to the user's profile
- Tap the ⋮ menu and tap Block User
- Confirm the block
To unblock: go to Menu → Settings → Blocked Users, find the user, and tap Unblock.
Tip: You can report and block at the same time. Blocking is immediate — reporting goes to admin review. Do both if you've had a bad experience with someone.
